Doja Pak does not offer any returns for any reason, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping.

A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an e-mail, and upon confirmation that the pre shipped photo shows you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
